I have 15 years of experience leading compliance, Fair Lending & BSA programs with about every size and type of financial institution. From community banks, a de novo bank owned by a large insurance company, and a mortgage company originating in 44 states owned by a regional bank, I have helped them across all aspects of regulatory governance from designing and implementing compliance management systems to remedying enforcement actions –– all the while not forgetting that you have a business to run.
